Refund Policy

Appointments & Prepayment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your payment can be transferred to a new appointment time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided after a session has been completed.
SneakPeek™ Test Guarantee
SneakPeek™ offers a refund of up to $89 for inaccurate gender prediction results when supported by proof of your baby's gender after birth (such as a birth certificate). If your test produces an inconclusive result, SneakPeek™ will provide a second test at no additional charge.
Please note that all refund and replacement requests are subject to SneakPeek™'s terms and verification requirements.
Rescans
If we are unable to obtain good images due to the baby's position or other factors, we may offer a complimentary rescan at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened session or may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
