Refund Policy

Appointments & Prepayment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointmnet.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your payment can be transferred to a new appointmnet time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided after a session has been completed.
Rescans
If we are unable to obtain good images due to the baby's position or other factors, we may offer a complimentary rescan at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened session or may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
